I want to write a bill that would allocate federal funds to subsidize the sales of firearms to those Americans who cannot afford guns. If health care can be subsidized, so should gun ownership. After all, gun ownership is the 2nd amendment. What amendment is universal health care? Does anyone have the knowledge to write up such legislation?
